Introduction to Serviced Apartment Booking Agencies for Onboarding package:

Process:

• essa communicates with an extensive list of agencies regarding your accommodation
• agencies respond and basic feedback provided
• formal introductions actioned to those agencies who request to proceed
• at which point agency/provider relationship is established
• to proceed with due diligence discussion and onboarding
• essa will have no further involvement unless either party requests

Fee:
– £400 covers 4 hours during a 1 month period

– invoiced in advance and time sheet generated subsequently

– online payment or bank transfer

– time charged includes advice & supervision

– in meetings, by phone or independent work

– travel time and expenses will be charged accordingly (but not usually required)
