Introduction to Serviced Apartment Booking Agencies for Onboarding package (includes marketing support):
Process:
- essa communicates with an extensive list of agencies regarding your accommodation
- agencies respond and basic feedback provided
- formal introductions actioned to those agencies who wanted to proceed
- at which point agency provider relationship is established
- to proceed with due diligence discussion and onboarding
- essa will have no further involvement unless either party requests
Fee:
– covers 5 hours during a 1 month period
– invoiced in advance and time sheet generated subsequently
– online payment or bank transfer
– time charged includes advice, supervision or implementation
– in meetings, by phone or independent work
– travel time and expenses will be charged accordingly
– additional time will be charged pro-rata based on time booked. This service can also include sales and marketing advice and support.
