Marketing services discussed can include:

• Marketing Plan to assist progress
• Specialist Serviced Apartments Sales, Marketing & Operations Advice
• Introduction to & on-boarding with Serviced Apartment Booking Agents
• Follow-up Agency Sales Support Service
• Additional Marketing including: Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media, Mailings, Newsletters, Blogs, Surveys, Reports, Events, Public Relations, Press Releases, Videos, Exhibitions, Direct Sales, Reputation Management, Revenue Management.

– Day rates as below

– Time booked according to amount of work and regularity required

–  2 days = 12 hours and 1 month = 4 weeks

– time distributed across one month or billed as if used in one month

– invoiced in advance and time sheet generated subsequently

– time charged includes advice, supervision or implementation

– in meetings, by phone or independent work

– travel time and expenses will be charged accordingly

– additional time will be charged pro-rata based on time booked

– this agreement can be terminated by either party with 1 day’s notice

– subject only to the payment of any outstanding fees
