WHY IS OUR MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME UNIQUE?
We are the ONLY mentorship programme which supports Serviced Accommodation providers to target the WHITE COLLAR CORPORATE SERVICED ACCOMMODATION MARKET, with a strategy taking into consideration all other markets within the sector, which may be relevant to the business.

It doesn’t matter whether you have not yet started your serviced accommodation business, already have a portfolio, if you will only focus on the corporate market or plan to develop a diverse portfolio in several markets, let’s have a chat and see how you can benefit from our new programme.

EACH MENTEE IS VERY SPECIAL
We will only admit between 1 and a maximum of 3 mentees at the start of each calendar month, on a 1 month (30 day) programme, and we admit on a first come basis. We are always available from 09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays for calls, emails & zoom calls. There will be a group introductory 3-hour course on the corporate market and its relationship with other markets in the serviced accommodation sector on the first Monday of the month, and there will be a group call every Monday to set targets for the week and every Friday to check on progress.

WHAT I OFFER IS VERY DIFFERENT
I have worked in hospitality for 37 years, 27 years of which in the white collar corporate serviced accommodation. After 10 years in marketing in the UK’s largest corporate hotel booking agency, I spent 10 years as marketing manager at the UK’s first corporate serviced apartment booking agency which also managed the UK’s first multi-town serviced apartment brand. I then established my own booking agency and have operated essa consultancy, providing sales and marketing advice to serviced accommodation operators and agencies, since 2010. I also manage 2 serviced accommodation properties in London and run 2 networking events. SABA in the corporate market for 14 years and COSA in the contractor market for 6 months.
